I called because I saw they had billed me in August for the starter quit then I see they sent me a regular order and I was billed 65.11 then in Sept they billed me again 75.00 then got nothing 2X 65.11 today. I called customer service Jordan was a total [censored] I told him I was being billed for product I DID NOT receive Called me a liar I asked for a manager and they are all gone for the evening When I asked him tyo cancel and refund my money he told me no I had received these items, I have NOT and then hung up on me when I asked for his full name and ID # I'm going to dispute all these extra charges through my bank And I will call tomorrow and speak with someone to cancel my acct.
