I was there on 12/3/21. I wrote a detailed complaint a few days later, after our complaints to the waiter, the manager and some lady (I guess the top manager) just said they were sorry, and dismissed the complaint. After I registered the complaint with 1 star and explained, only because there wasn't a minus one star, I received a phone call from the Ruth Christ's Steakhouse, saying she remembered me, and was sorry. They were short handed that night due to Covid (I guess the chef was out?) and also subjected to the supply chain problem, as the reason they did not have the appetizers that were on the menu. She offered me a "Gift Certificate"... that was never received. Today is 1/11/22 and I have been trying to call them for 2 days. Did they close up? I try after 4:00 (Because they open at 4:00) and nobody ever picks up.
I read other reviews, and it seems that their common practice is to promise gift certificates and say it must have gotten lost in the mail! Other friends have gone to the other locations, and rave about them. None of my friends have ever been to the Bergen Town Center. 83 W, Spring Valley Ave, Paramus, NJ location. I would NEVER recommend it to them!
Desired outcome: The promised Gift Certificate that was never received
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
