On 6/12 I arrived for my color and cut with Kris (store manager) I said I wanted my hair natural and lightened up. Normally ill get a partial foil. She foiled my whole head mind u I have an undercut and side completely shaved. My hair turned out the complete opposite from what I asked it was bright yellow with my roots completely unnatural looking. I told her it was way too bright she put toner on my hair twice. I was in the salon for over 4 hrs. I might also add Kris is not my regular stylist. Tuesday Gina my regular stylist was in and I asked her to fix it. Because of this mishap Gina had to turn down clients. She did the best she could she also stated I'd have to come back 3-4 weeks for more toner. As of right now my roots are still showing its definitely better than when Kris did it but I still feel its not natural looking. Kris charged me $235 plus an extra $40 tip to Gina. When I talked to Kiki the boss she was not going to give me a refund I ended up getting back $170.
Desired outcome: I don't want to be charged for any more services including toner that may be needed to fix this issue as well as all my money back. I'm very unsatisfied with the color
