She said her name was Melony, and she was very rude and received terrible customer service. I was trying to place an order for my children and she acted like she couldn't hear me. She wouldn't take my order for some reason but I don't know. So I pulled up to the window to give her my order and she wouldn't take it. She told me to go back in line and retry, as soon as I did she heard my voice and didn't want to take my order.
I was so upset about her service She was HORRIBLE!
Burger King - Cleanliness

My husband and I are 80 years old and we have always enjoyed eating at BK when we are at home or on the road traveling. I am writing to complain about the cleanliness of our local BK. In light of the pandemic, all restaurants should make cleanliness a top priority. However over the past 3-4 visits we have noticed a downward spiral of the cleanliness of the BK we stop at. The address is 1232 US 22 East, Phillipsburg, NJ. Today (8/15) we stopped in and were very disappointed in the cleanliness. The area around the soda machine was not clean and we could not find one table that did not have either crumbs on it, food stains, and even napkins under the seat by the window plus a couple of dead flies on the windowsill. I am very concerned about this and am now getting reluctant to even go there anymore. Please if you could impress upon the employees at this restaurant that they need to get out on the floor periodically and make sure the tables, seats and floors are clean and free of debris.
