Hello, My family and I went for dinner at Red Robin on Saturday. First time I ever went to a Red Robin and may be the last. First of all the burgers were fantastic but when my daughter and son(which were both born in August were only allowed to use 1 birthday coupon. The waitress said they could only use one coupon per order. So, They gave my husband and I the other one. Waitress said can't use it because we were sitting at the same table. Is this the way the coupons work? Also I ordered more fries and it took 20 minutes and I had to ask twice for them . The first order was cold and fries were flimsy and the second order of fries were ok but by the time I got them the family was ready to leave. Keep in mind we had 2 checks. thank you
