On jan 1st 23 at approx 540pm I paced an app order for a meal. The order number was #32. When I arrived at the drive thru there were 6 cars in line ahead of me. It took 45 minutes to reach the window. I complained to the male at the window about the wait and wanted to make sure my food was not cold. I was assured it was freshly made and hot. I was handed my order and noticed it was missing items and asked for the items. Neither employee (male and female) seemed coherent but after too much explaining, I received my items. When I got home I found all the food to be cold. More importantly, both burgers had tomatoes on it (incorrectly prepped) making one useless to my allergy suffering spouse. All food went into the trash. To top it off, they did not include my receipt so I have no evidence of my visit. So, aside from rude and "dazed" acting employees serving cold garbage, my dining experience was great. I want my $15 dollars back is the bottom line.
