Lori Connelly and Robert Trasp promote an atmosphere of petty, adolescent gossiping among personnel. When new employees are being trained, they Lori and Robert mock and ridicule the person who is trying to learn. The staff turn over rate relatively high. It is an extremely toxic and condescendingly toned training and work atmosphere.
Additionally, during the COVID-19 pandemic management has overlooked employees with elevated temperatures and complaints from staff about not feeling well. Our current world health crisis is EPIC in the history of the world and to so blatantly and cavalierly be disrespectful and dismissive of both training regulations and public health measures ought to mandate they be forbidden to operate.
To much is at stake. Human lives fir instance. People have a right to be protected from such overt negligence and dereliction of duty.
