Greetings to you all,
I recently had a problem at:
Starbucks branch
1450 Montaño Rd NE
Albuquerque, NM 87107
I contacted the district manager about this situation. However, it was just brought to my attention that I should also write an email about what happened to make sure that the matter was addressed.
I was at this branch on the beggining of October 2023. The person who took my order was unprofessional she kept ignoring me and wanted to charge me for a drink that I hadn't ordered. When I said something about it she got very upset. Thus, I decided to talk to the assistant manager about it, apparently the assistant manager was the only person on duty. The assistant manager fought with me instead of finding a resolution. She used this statement. I quote: "At this point, I will disengage from this conversation." And then she left me there talking to myself.
Both, the first employee whom I interacted with and the assistant manager showed to begin with, NO MANNERS; no customer service skills, no social skills, no sensitive training, unprofessional behaviors, and showed no respect, dignity, and self worth for a client/person.
My concern about this is: every human deserves to be treated with dignity and respect. If these two employees do not show such a respect to another human being who has a complaint, then, the possibilities that they have interacted with others or will interact with others similarly are very high.
Starbucks shoud be better than that when it comes to customer service. Thank you.
