Hello,
I normally do not complain about my food orders if there is a problem but this time I have to. My husband and I ordered BWW last night online, and we picked up the food and was looking so forward to it. We picked it up at 7:30pm (we just moved and my house is only 5 minutes from there) so we figured we would try this new location. We normally get take out on Tuesday's because we love the BOGO you offer. Furthermore, we ALWAYS get the same order and have never had a problem. This is the first time we went to a different location because it was closer to our house. The location is 6640 N. Durango, Las Vegas NV 89149.
We ordered 15 wings and were supposed to get 15 wings with the deal(making it 30 total) but we only received 25 instead of 30. Also, we always order flats well done but this time we didn't get all flats and it was so dry and hard that it was not enjoyable. Whenever we get them well done they are still always juicy inside. We also ordered onion rings, but they were so soggy and again didn't even want to eat them. The ranch that they gave us was only half way filled. Also, I tried to add my receipt to my app, so I can at least get my points but of course I couldn't read any of the numbers that they were asking me for because they wrote over it with a marker. So not only didn't I get what I ordered, but I couldn't even get the points. Very, very bad experience with my dinner last night and don't think I will go back there. I'm looking forward to your response in this matter as we normally love your food but not this time.
