I order from Panera Bread often! However the two times I have encountered some discrimination. I went into Panera there was a gentleman in front of me. I waited over several minutes to ger my order taken. The servers behind the counter never took my order. They literally starred me in the face. Pretended to be working with a customer when they already solved his issue. They didn't take my order until I said Im standing here waiting. Horrible customer service. Workers just standing around. Never asked if I had my Panera card just assumed I didn't have one. Didn't ask if I wanted bread, apple, or chip. She chose for me. They do this every time I go in. But when there are other customers they ask them! This is a problem! At this location with this specific staff.
