It is now August 3rd 12:08 I arrived to the Smiths on Decatur and desert inn at 11:56 which I took an Uber to make it on time before 12:00 a man named Miguel he look like a cart guy wouldn't let me in I asked him to please call the manager he went to call the manager and manager did not come he came back to say they were closed which is still wasn't 12:00 then another girl came she was named Brittany and her name tag said cashier I asked her for a manager and she said she was the manager she said it's not her problem they close 5 minutes before 12:00 and I said well you should state that 11:55 is the time you close and she said I don't know what to tell you but we're close I believe that's very rude I just needed a gallon of milk I spent $26 to get a gallon of milk and they did not let me in
Desired outcome: Train your employees to do what is advertised stop advertising something and it's completely different due to your cashiers policy
