This is the 4th time I order my food 30 mins before my actual lunch break, today I walk in after receiving an email "your order is ready for pickup @4;49pm" I go in at 5;06pm they cant even find my order in the system, like how did I receive an email stating its ready if they never receieved it. I complained to the manager while the workers are in the back not doing their job, he prepared my order himself. After I said so this is the 4th time and im not getting accomadated, I explained the 1st issue I had plastic in my sandwhich, 2nd time I got a pick 2 only got 1 thing then when I went back I was told by one of the workers "you shoulda checked your bag before leaving" I was on a lunch break and I was in a rush that isnt my job its paneras job to make sure what I paid for was in my bag. 3rd time I had someone elses order in my bag with my name on it I would have eaten it without complaint but im allergic to bacon and it was in the sandwhich. They are taking peoples money without taking care of them. I am not a reviewer and I always give any place I order food from time ahead because I know places can get busy, but enough is enough!
Desired outcome: REFUNDED FOR ALL 4 MISTAKES, WISH I COULD GET THEM SHUT DOWN!
