The two baristas were inattentive and not responsive as I waited at the register during a time when the store was nearly empty. Also, there was a long wait for my drink, a simple cafe latte. After 10 minutes, I asked if they were making it and the barista said 'she's making it' without checking with her. After another 5 minutes, I asked the other barista who said 'I'm making it now, there was not ticket'. No apology, not even looking at me, while she spoke. The two were just completely distracted and listening and singing to Missy Elliott. This is the first complaint I've ever written but they were completely rude.
Desirable resolution: customer service training.
