424.99my husband and I thought that we would stop in the cricket store to get a minor upgrade for for our phones. We were just coming home from a familly funeral even stated to the clerk karar that we were not fully focused on the items he was presenting to us. We ended up getting more advanced phones fine but the accessories that we thought we were getting with the phones were not need. The battery blocks my husbands new phone wasn't taking the charge so we tried mine same a=exact charger wasn't charging so we decided to use the older one we have from the previous phones. Worked well. Than the liquid scenn protector that we also thought was part of the phone package @24.99 each don't need, the very next day not even 20 hours later my husband went to the same cricket store explained about the charger the store manager said o no this charger that you paid for $29.99 is not for the phone so he goes behind the counter and pulled a used charger from the wall same as the one we have already from the old phones. I went back about an hour later to return the liquid screen protectors and address the charger issue I was told we don't do refunds only even exchanges no I want my money back there was nothing in the store we needed/wanted. So now we have a used charger that cost $29.00 and 2 liquid screen protectors @ 24.99 each. Again not even 20 hours after we were taken advantage of and it states clearly on the bottom of our receipts return policy are returnable for 7 days from teh date of purchase. Im confused I would like to have this issued resolved for the appropriate refunds.
