We purchased new loveseat and chair in August 2021, along with the Platinum Protection Plan, they we awesome with delivery and service until this January when the frame of both started to sag. I sent pictures to the service man and he said they were unable to repair, that they would replace my furniture, BUT I had to pay a $199.99 delivery fee plus tax! So fir a manufacturing issue, I had to pay to have my furniture teplaced! Then they say since we teplaced it, my Platinum Protection Plan is now null and void as it only applies to the old furniture! What a scam! I only received 2 1/2 years on a purchased 5 year warranty, plus $210 for delivery of the defective replacements. Why buy the warranty then? I feel I was taken advantage of because I am a senior citizen on fixed income. They got you coming and going!
Desired outcome: Refund of the $210 delivery fee and cover my replacement furniture for the remainder of the warranty or a refund for half!
