Recently went to pick up monthly prescriptions in person since no one answers pharmacy phone only to find out that it would be 5 hours before they would be ready. Since I have my doctor request in several days ahead of time assumed that they would be ready. Asked if something was wrong wrong with the phone system was told no they just don't answer it! Probably going to change pharmacy. Since I am an amputee and have been coming here for years I would like for corporate to take a good look at themselves and hope their family never encounters this kind of treatment. Probably doesn't happen to your family members.
Hopefully Walgreens will be ready for all their new customers! Someone needs to address problems at this location. Second time in 7 days pharmacy refuses to answer phones, was told to return in an hour for prescription that should have been ready days ago. Thanks again for the inconvenience
Rite Aid - Cashiers
I go to this rite aid every week and spend good money there. Your cashiers used to be so nice. The girls you have now are not nice at all and can be in fact rude to say the least. I would say one but all of them in the last month I have been there have such an attitude. The pharmacy is another story. Pharmacists are nice. Good people there. Someone from corporate should do some customer service training. Going to shop at Walgreens from now on.
