Canandaigua, NY Dennys restaurant on Saturday, 2/11/23 @ 1pm. Customers were getting up & leaving because orders weren't being taken & others due to food taking too long. It took almost an hour to get our food & then it was cold & greasy. Toaster was broken so the English muffins were heated in microwave so they were too tough to bite. There were 3 cooks. One was a manager who was retraining one & teaching the other. Manager needs to be a person who can lead. There was only one waitress, Judi H. that was actually trying to do her job. I don't know what the others were attempting to do. Very disappointed! Zero stars.
Desired outcome: Full refund of my bill. $52.15 for 4 people.
