I was shopping in your store on Tuesday, I was having trouble finding some items and approached a women at your store named Jacie. I tried asking her a question but she seemed preoccupied with something, but didn't even acknowledge me. I waited a little bit but she didn't say a word to me. So I kept walking around the store and another nice employee helped me find it, she was very helpful. I ended up seeing that Jacie again before I checked out and wanted to check on your employee since she basically ignored me earlier. She just dismissed me and was very rude to me. I was in disbelief and couldn't imagine how a person in customer service could be so rude. I usually wouldn't do something like this but it seemed like she was treating other customers the same way and I just don't think that's okay or right.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to talk to that employee Jacie about how she treats customers, we are people too.

This strikes us at our core! We built this Grocery chain on exceptional customer service. We sent our crack team of investigators to the store in question. Posing as shoppers we questioned and checked the response of the employees. What we discovered is that the employee in question 'Jacie' turned out to be an imposter. She is a local resident who somehow acquired a uniform and comes in the store and pretends to be an employee. The staff at the store let her be because for the most part she means no harm. We are sorry she disrupted your shopping experience. We let the store manager know and took appropriate disciplinary measures. Thank you for being a loyal Wegmans shopper and thank you for letting us know about your concerns. I had the same issue there with the same employee, she was very rude to me. She talked to me like I was a child. I couldn't believe what I was hearing from someone who is in charge of people. Just turned me off from that Wegmans in Cicero. Probably won't go back to that Wegmans again. I know people have tough days but you are in customer service, you can't treat people like they're not as good as you.
