I bought same items different size as the fitting room was shut off. One Size L gave to my friend. I kept one Size M and returned Size S on September 30,2022.
Here was my nightmare since then. I provided my photo Id and tried to expedite the process as previously I did at the same store. Store Manager Michelle insisted providing the receipt. Since I have multiple receipts and can't read the small words without reading glasses. Therefore, I found only a few items on the recepts and then took other items home.
Today, I brought all the receipts to the store. You know what happen. The itmes with me was returned already! Do you think it was a mistake made by cashier Katelyn on 9/30/2022. She mistakenly scanned the items I did not return but now I can't return the items I had in my hand. I spent 30 minutes in the store but no one can help.
Plus, I have other items with the receipt. The cashier told me the price dropped due to over 30 days. One item was so new but Cashier Katelyn refused to return since my receipt is old.
May I know your return policy? Any mistakes made by the Cashier shall be on the customer? I am the loyal customer since 2007 and I applied for your credit card. I am so disappointed by your Skyview store's unprofessional works and impolite workers. So sad!
Now the customer service asked me to join in Just Answer $1 join/$46/month to solve the problem. Should I provide all the credit card information to correct the cashier's mistake? No way!
