On Friday, February 21, 2020 at around 7:00 pm. I went to Panera Bread at the Broadway Mall to buy food. After I handed a $100.00 bill, a blond manager was called and look at the bill in the light, touched with his fingers and said that the bill was sticky and that it was fake. I asked him to properly check the bill and he said " I don't have to". It was the most humiliated experience of my life. In fact he mention that there were nine cameras on the premises. If they are, they can corroborate my story. I own a flower shop and that day I was working with eucalyptus, perhaps the bill might had been sticky, but there are proper ways to test the bills. All of this happened in from of all the customers waiting to place an order. It was horrible and humiliating. I went next door, without my food, to do my nails, and they tested the bill and it was legit. I just hope that this fellow who treated me very bad, be properly trained so that other customers do no experience such abuse. I always like Panera and am customer. I hope you take corrective action.
