I visited this site in person on July of 2019 and requested to cancel my membership. The front desk said they will handle it and nothing was done since July 2019. Now I'm still getting bill so how will I get compensated?
I called again at the Kew Harden location and I've been waiting all day for Don the manager to get back to me. I called again and now I'm getting excuses.
