I was charged for spa services, a service I did not want and been complaining for a refund of 199.00 and getting a run around and no calls back. I contacted this so called customer service and emailed them several times and still waiting for a response, a call, and my refund!
I will never sign up for this gym again!
Poor customer service! Meanwhile I just paid 1, 000 for my husband and myself for two year membership, so mad!

I signed up for xsport personal training and was super excited. I was only was able to go to two sessions and then I had an accident and got a bad concussion so under doctors orders I was to take things easy until I was better. I tried to cancel my personal training and just revisit it in a few months because I had medical bills to pay and didn’t want to pay for sessions I wasn’t using. I have tried and tried and tried to get a refund for the $442.60 I payed for sessions I was unable to use. They asked for a doctors note so I sent it by mail as requested a month ago and called multiple times staying on hold for 30-45 minutes each time. I have not received a refund.
