On Monday November 28th at approximately 1245am a strange man came banging on my front door disturbing my rest. When I went to answer the door he claims that he needed to get in to check my bathroom leakage. Mind you this idiot never identified himself as building security; instead he was disrespectful, loud, rude, crude, boisterous, and completely unprofessional. My response to him was: "if you say you need to get in to check you need to come back during the day and not late at night because no one comes late night to check leaks"! He continued to beat on my door and I warned him that if he didn't go away I will call the police as I proceeded to do. He yelled out to me "SUCK MY DICK" and left; however after he left I cancelled the 911 call. Approximately 20 minutes later (105am) a woman with a scarf on her head annoyingly taps on my door w/keys (disturbing my rest again) yelling security, I need to get in to check your bathroom and accusing me of running water over on the man underneath me. I asked her why was she disturbing my rest and her response was if it were a fire I'd have to notify you also. She was also loud and rude as though she was in the right and had some sort of authority over me and never apologized for disturbing my rest. This wasn't a fire matter which is of complete urgency and considered an emergency; however a water leak like this is an issue that could've waited until the morning had she been proactive providing proper documentation to maintenance so that they could've been on the same page as opposed to disturbing me. I am an actor and have early call times such as today as I explained to her that I had to be some place early. These people are nothing less than "STUPID IDIOTS" who have harassed, invaded and intruded on my privacy ever since I moved in and they don't even have the brains to do their jobs efficiently. By the way a maintenance worker checked my bathroom last week and informed me that a gentleman above me has a water issue and that the water is leaking from his apartment to the gentleman underneath me. I don't leave water unattended in my apartment so maintenance is very aware of this problem; however I am not sure why they haven't corrected it. Mind you also that the cameras have been unattached or turned off and on at their leisure for several months now after another complaint that I made against them. Incase they lie to cover up their improprieties and place blame onto me there may not be record of them on camera coming to my apartment.
Desired outcome: They all need remedial training in the area of human relations, ethics, customer service, and diversity.
