I ordered a trial sample of FORCE FACTOR+ and then because I saw AUTO SHIP...canceled the following day. I just got a bottle yesterday & when I called, they said I was charged $71 & change...they gave me some options, none of which were good...so I re-wrapped the package & sent it back, hoping the post office will do this...they said it was posted on my credit card 9/13...looked it up online, that date has not been posted yet. I am furious at what some companies are doing in this difficult time for money!
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I got the same run around and I did call to cancel during the "free trail period" I was given more sales talk and in the end she did not cancel the shipment as I asked. Now I receive more product and I am trying to return it with more run around and the gentlemen gave me a fake address - the post office says there is no such address - so I have to dispute it through my credit card .
Buyer Beware this company is a SCAM
