McDonald's

hello my name is albert Santiago I went to the McDonalds on Pennsylvania ave and Fulton Brooklyn with my son his daughter/and his wife we went through the drive thru at 3:30pm on sun/9/1/2018 we made the order from the two for $5 a big mac fish fillet, one four piece chicken nugget, and a number one number one with a coke, and a med sprite when we got the order she gave us the coke and a bag she never gave us the kids meal with the apple juice we told her what happen she was already upset because probably the car in front of us she had a very nasty attitude so I got very upset as-well we showed her the receipt and she through it at the car, I told hell no I need the manager! another worker came out to the window I said I need the manager right now! they yelled at me that she's busy I parked the car went inside I saw a lady with a different shirt on I ask if she was the manager she answer very nasty as well I"m one of them I told her what had happened and she ask me for the receipt I told her the worker had threw it to us out the window it should be out side then she ask us what we ordered and she gave it to us .that place needs undercover boss to go there next time ill record it not nice I;m very sorry to take your time for this nonsense but that's the problem I had faced that day have a nice memorial day and god bless thank you
