I made a reservation coming in for my birthday from Boston for 6:30, I called to explain I would be arriving at 6:45pm they stated it was fine and they would see me when I got there. It was my birthday and I was come 4 hours away we ran late and I did not get to check in the hotel and change. We arrived and the host, 2 young ladies, one was of heavier set and said it would be a phew min. About 15 min later my sister asked how long and she said a phew min. As my sister walked away the host made a comment along with a face to the other young lady, I told my sister I wanted to leave and the lady saw that I saw her and was telling my sister about her conduct. So in retaliation she told the manager or not sure his title and he came over to us and said he could not seat us because I had sweat pants on. We decided to leave. I had not had time to change at the hotel and my bday dinner was ruined. We will never come back and tell everyone we know about the horrible experience. Nor would we come back given we have the time and proper a-tire.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
