During the latter end of August coming into September the day after Ground Zero Operations Manager Nick Kinkel called my phone at approximately 1122, the best my recollection provides, to ask about the reason as to why PSO Gamble was on site location on the day's discussed in our terms of agreement, which were to work the following days on these dates from 0900-2200 on the 26th, 27th, 28th as well the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th. When asked to consider more shifts he than requested an additional Sunday of which I agreed to work. The following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday were understood as following suit when he did not reach out to me to specify not to appear on-site beyond the particular date. He then says "that's to bad you forgot to double check your ehub, " however, when we initially discussed these terms had nothing to do with ehub. When asked over the phone I said that there was no instruction for discontinuance at Lake Success, therefor PSO Gamble reported into duty on those days the following week till further notice. Another gentleman present as the call ensues gets on the phone with a real nasty attitude an says "don't talk to your boss that way, " as I attempted to reiterate that I no foreknowledge not to go there beyond those dates he rudely turns a deaf ear an said they were hanging up for a moment then repeating himself followed by a dial tone. This is not in anyway considerate nor respectful and most unprofessional behavior I have ever experienced in my years in the field of expertise and I request an investigation be put into effect about the neglectful treatment, that these two have demonstrated in their manner of conduct, and failure to further communicate with PSO Gamble beyond the ehub to inform him not to be somewhere.
I received a notice of termination after their proud and arrogant demonstration of unprofessional behavior as previously discussed in our conversation above. I have reached out to Human Resources to speak to Ms. Lisa Zepettelli regarding this matter who I have not heard from as of yet. This is outrageously preposterous that an operations manage, and his father with him are treating this as though it's a matter of ego as oppose to professionalism. When Mr. Kinkel did not extend the courtesy to communicate, that I should have to play the role of an escape goat on his behalf. This is not fair nor is it ethical to the standard of respect and integrity upheld by the company emblem among fellow employees, and I demand that an investigation take place, that I maybe re-instated with a higher position according to the quote unquote egocentric attitude that has over indulged itself in the stead of peoples livelihood even to the fulfillment of their own prejudice against me.
During the latter end of August coming into September the day after Ground Zero, I received a call from Operations Manager Nick Kurkel call via cellphone at approximately 1122 to ask a question about the reason as to why PSO Gamble was on site location when I told him I was there on the day's we discussed interims he said I was not supposed to be there after fact. I began to tell him that "you had not specified for me not to be there, " he said "you should have double checked your ehub, " I began to tell him that our terms were not discussed in that manner when his partner begin to make comments in the background about how "he 's my boss not speak to him that way." At this point the phone call became more of an interrogation with them role playing Good cop versuses Bad cop. I began to say the reason for my presence was there because no one told my not to appear for the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday at the job site when he rudely says "we're going to hang up, now." After a brief pause he says it again acting as though he's jolly to hang up, and politely hangs up. In no way is this respect for a follow co-worker nor is this mature conduct from s professional in all my days as a security guard I have never been treated neglectfully about an issue that they failed to communicate there discrepancy regarding. I am writing this to request something done about the childish conduct of lackadaisical mischief surrounding the failure to reach beyond their grasp to inform PSO Gamble to discontinue at LAKE SUCCESS.
