on Sat 11/2/19 I and a group of friends went in to the Buffalo wild wings for a little b day get together. We arrived a little after 4, the serves when we arrives was on point, that was until alittle before 7 when we done eating andwhere ready to get our bill and leave, because we had a sitter at home and needed to home around 7:30-8:00 pm. We have to travel close to a hour to get to wild wings and back. so around 7 when he had not seen our server for a good 25 mins someone in my party went up to the bar and asked if they could find our server to get our bill. she did and when out server came over in about 10 mins after we asked, she wanted to know if there was anything else she could get and I asked for the bill. She can back with the bill another few mins later dropped checks off and was gone again. I noticed that there was was a manager walking around so we went up to him and asked if he could take out checks because we there getting upset and running late. He informed us that we had to pay server and that he would get her. then he informed us that she would right over she was helping a table of 15.
I'm Very Dissapointed that wild wings does not let their managers take money and help customers, I have been in the retail business and Always thought that Managers where their to help where they could. The point of this complaint is that the whole process of getting and paying for my meal took Well OVER A HOUR!
I like wild wings but I AM NOT traveling a hour for Bad Service.
