I made some purchases on Dillards Canton Belden Village through the phone in August. At that time, there was a gift with purchase on Estee Lauder. Before I made the purchase, the associate promised all the gifts for my purchases. However, when I received the packages. Most of the gifts were missed. They didnt put what they promised into the package. I contacted the associate, as well as the counter manager Debbie, they were so perfunctory and said I would receive the rest of the packages later. After continuously contacting with them for more than 2 months, I still didnt get my promised gifts. So I returned all the products without gifts by paying the shipping cost on my own. But they didnt return them and reshipped to me! It was so disappointing and their behavior was disgusting! They were cheating the customers. When they need sales revenues, they would promise you a lot of things, while when you buy the products, they will forget what they said before. I do not think they are good sales person. Even, I think they are not qualified being a SA or manager. No SA would cheat their customers! Strongly suggest everybody DO NOT go to Dillards (Canton, OH) store to buy any Estee Lauder products. You will never get what you pay for.
