This man would not stop following me the other night, he was short with glasses and was on me the whole time I was there/ I will never go back there to shop ever.
The store is filthy and unsanitary, dirt and dust erverywhere.
Their items are old, I bought things and had to throw them out, do they ever change their items on shelves?
Terrible store, has gone way down in our opinion and this man that rides a mototrcycle was the security guard because my husband and myself watched when he lefted the store.
He is a detriment to this store.
He is not very pleasant and he is fooling no one.

They have had a creepy security guy who always wears sunglasses INDOORS there and stares at people year after year when they are NOT in the store and I was walking by at Fulton Road store. The store remains with filthy dirty floors since the 80's. On July 22 2021 at Fulton Road Cleveland location, the obese male clerk on the counter said something very rude about how I used my debit card.
They still have the obese kid who now has a beard, working there on the counter. He is so rude in how he speaks to me and he dared to lean over today (July 22, 2021 ) and push 'ok' on the credit card machine to approve my amount without asking me! What a jerky thing to do, not to mention unprofessional and wrong. He must be related to someone there because we have complained about his behavior for over a year and he's still there! He is also underage, as he had to have someone ring up an alcohol order, and he is so rude and doesn't respect his elders.
They had one at the one at 711 Canton Road too, who literally always mixed me up with someone who I guess wasn’t allowed there..he’d follow me around until one day I confronted him, like “dude I have a sister and 2 doppelgängers, please leave me alone.” He was fired, now they have this chick there who couldn’t be more obvious, and well her and I are about to have the same talk.
