Very disappointed! My husband went to the drive thru on 2-23-2019 14:09 pm...he ordered 2 Whopper Jrs with cheese & 2 whopper jrs, no cheese, a large fry & a small fry & 4 pc Chicken Tenders. Our total was $17.53
he brought the food home, only to see 2 Whopper Jrs with cheese were missing. I kindly called the restaurant to let them know he was on his way back up & we would like new food, since what he received would be cold after having to run back to the restaurant. The "manager" who sounded to be very young, tried to blame the problem on my husband! Now how could that be? She was flip with me & I was nothing but nice & asked for new HOT food.
She told me to tell him to come inside for the exchange and the 2 burgers we were missing...he did so...when he walked in the door, a nasty young lady in the eating area who worked there, yelled out "He's Here!" they proceeded to throw away the food he took back & gave him what was ordered. HOWEVER, THIS FOOD WAS SO COLD IT FELT LIKE IT CAME OUT OF THE REFRIGERATOR! I feel that they did this on purpose & my husband threw all of his food out, as did I!
I would appreciate coupons for all of the above to be replaced so we can go to a different Burger King & get our fresh food!
really... almost $18 for a little bit of food & it was not edible! Employees wants $15 minimum wage! HA! They don't even deserve $3.00 a hour for what they do or do NOT do for that matter!
Until this is fixed I will not be going back to Burger King, which in fact WAS my favorite over McDs!
