Buffalo Wild Wings

Ordered bonesless wings, onion rings, fries. Took 45 minutes for us to get food and two people that order after us got their food before us. They brought the food the wings, onion rings was cold fries at best was luke warm. Ask for manager and he came out ofered dessert which we do not eat said he would talk to cooks about this and walked away like it was not big deal. Looked at my wife and said he just blew me off the people in the table beside us turned, said pretty much so our food was cold to just didn't say anything. Than server finally came back to table ask if everything was OK told her not really. She said that I should have said something when she came and asked and I told her she never came back and asked than she said I am not going to argue with you but I did and walked away. So to me she played dumb cause she heard the manager and I talking when she asked if everything was ok she aleady knew something was wrong and now calling me a lair. In facts my wife and I both drink water I drank mine and she took hers and filled my glass the servered never even come back to check to see if we wanted more to drink. I went to pay took it to the front and they said they could not check me out it had to be the server. They give her the bill I had signed but for some reason there was no they could no get my copy to print. While waiting I said be back to talk to management about all this they told me I had spoke to the GM. So this was my night out for my wife on Valentine's Day. I have been working with the public since I was 16 and had my own contracting business for the last 30 years and will say this was as poor of over all service that I could have had. The sad thing is they did not know and know they have a lot of people want to eat for nothing, if I eat I pay for what I take. I was not looking for something for nothing but was not looking for this. Sad thing my son is the one who told me I should go here some time. Well one time is all I will be here or at Buffalo Wild Wings.
