The Pep Boys - worst company

I recently was employed for this company. I noticed an associate stealing from the company I reported to my manager. My manager then covers the problem up I leave for the day at this point. I come in my next day I am scheduled for work and I am brought to the back room and handed me my termination paperwork. Seriously advise never working for this store.
