This burger kingnon lexington springmill is by far the worst and slowest fast food place I've ever been to. It took over 35 min to get through the line and to get our food the service is incredibly crappy and the workers did not have no care about how long it took and employees are just sitting around. None of the workers wear gloves nor hair caps it is by far the worst place I've ever came to.
Desired outcome: Someone needs to evaluate this store and all the workers here it is extremely bad

Well for thing waited in Drive thru a half an hour. Pulled up to window only to be asked to pull forward to wait for fries. As I seen my sandwiches already bagged and placed under heater. Ten minutes later tired of waiting my adult daughter goes in store with receipt only to be told someone that someone went out back door to bring food out. I'm on car was approached by assistant manager Jenny to ask if that was my food. I said yes this is ridicalous you had my sandwiches ready ten minutes ago now I'm sure they are cold. She proceeds to tell me well we're busy and short. If we didn't have to chase you around the building trying to find you. I'm sorry if you don't like go down road to McDonald's. Then walks inside away from me. Go in building only to be humiliated in front of other guest. Told her I wanted a refund then she told me since nothing was wrong with food I could not have refund. What I am the customer? She was completely unprofessional an be-littling in front of other guest. Completely ignored me and made me feel so hurt embarrassed. Completely ruined my day completely shaken.
