Menards - Maytag washer

My wife bought a maytag washer in february and she can't find reciept so we went to store to reprint and it doesn't show up in history at kiosk and we could get no help at store. We have a Maytag repairman coming out Thursday for repair but no proof of purchase to show him for purchase date. It was bought at Menards at 3100 brown rd oregon ohio 43616. Purchase history shows our refridgerator dryer and screen door. Do you have any suggestions?
