McDonald's

My brother and I were headed to Cleveland Clinic and he thought he would treat me to breakfast on Saturday morning on 4/15 at about 10:50. We placed our order number (WAIT #654) and there were about 5 others after us that placed orders. We were in a bit of a hurry so we went INSIDE instead of waiting in the long drive through line.

Our order was 2 Sausage /Egg McMuffin meals... With 2 coffees cream, and one with sugar one with 3 Equals or Splenda.

We waited.. and waited. Coffee came out. No marking as to which coffee had the sugar or which had the sweetener. I tasted one. Nope. I tasted the other. Nope. NEITHER had any sweetener or sugar. I heard a manager say that Breakfast was NOW Over. Other customers getting food and leaving. There were still others there waiting. At 11:05, the one service worker said they were OUT OF EGGS. WOULD WE TAKE A FLIPPED EGG? I HAVE NO IDEA BUT AT THAT POINT WE DID NOT CARE. YES. THAT IS FINE... At 11:15 we were the only people left. I didn't understand what was taking so long. People were now leaving with their lunches? I motioned to the girl and told her to cancel it please. That we had to leave. She said "Oh no. It's coming up now."

At 11:20 the manager brings out a bag and hands them to us and said Thanks.. No apology. No discount coupon for the long wait. I was shocked.

My brother and I get to the vehicle. Then we head down the highway, running so late and regretting stopping for breakfast. We both open our sandwiches, so hungry and turn to look at each other at the same time... NO EGG AT ALL! Sausage with cheese! $8.29 x two for 2 of these sandwiches, coffee and hashbrounds.

THIS IS SO WRONG! Someone needs to look up this order and CREDIT MY BROTHERS CREDIT CARD FULLY FOR THIS ORDER! HIs last name was Schrump.

So what were they doing all that time we were waiting if it wasn't for eggs?
