McDonald's #11570 is located in West Chester, OH. The owner should consider closing this location. The only reason I continue to use them is that there is not a closer one to my office. I look forward to my daily issue. Today, July 25th, 2023, NO ICE. This has happened several times. Orders are consistently incorrect. Very few employees are pleasant, and the ones that are seems to be frustrated with the operation within the facility. I would think the owner would have more hand-to-hand interaction in their business.
