Burger King - Employee or customer service

Order number 58. Burger king #12916 I arrived at the drive thru at 1:28pm on nov 12th there was only 2 cars ahead of me and there was nothing in front of them. It was taking forever for them to take the ladies order 2 cars in front of me but it was a beautiful day 69 degree and my windows were down. Took about 8 minutes just to take her order in looked down and it was 1:36pm I just thought they just got a little behind or they are training somebody no biggy. The next car pulls up and it take another 7 minutes to take their order I know because cars were not behind me and they aren't a patient as I am, they finally places their order I say they must be short handed. I get through the drive thru I wait I wait horn goes off I put up hands sayings it's not me. Now there is quite a line behind me. About 4 minutes go by burger king guy sorry for thew wait it will be one minute I place order drive through I turn to drive up and a smell I cant describe hits me right in the mouth, I thought their sewer was backed up, no not sewer it's smelt worse than sewer I rolled up all me windows and it doesn't help. They were sucking the grease out and it smelled terrible and it was taking forever and it was right there at the drive through window, I lost I appetite right there. 1 car waiting for food. They give him the wrong order he sends it back they send out another bag he leaves. The smell is well describable. I give them my credit card and my veterans tax exempt I don't know what they said because the grease truck was so loud and stunk, you shouldn't ever empty them during working hours. I mean stunk I am in line waiting and smelling waiting and smelling I get my food and still waiting for them to give my tax exempt back. I see 5 employees in there just shutting the bull. I didn't see any customers inside maybe the inside isn't even open yet because covid you know the disease that is 99.8% survivable that the entire world has shut down over. I finally get my card back and asked for a receipt because there wasn't one in the bag. The time on the receipt 1:55pm. 27 minutes in the fast food line nobody inside and only two cars in front of me and you were not even short handed. Why did I wait 27 minutes and have to endure the stink of the grease truck. Why did I spend 15 minutes describing what I went through, just so you can improve your process. Fix what is broken and stop treating customers like this.

yes, I worked at a bk and gawd, that smell is terrible!
