This cosmetology school is a JOKE! The students are not getting the education they, parents, and the federal government is paying for! Lawyers are being contacted, complaints are being filed for fraud, waste & abuse. The Portland school is unsanitary-broken toilets, asbestos, bug infested, dirty. Students get severely limited time on the floor to practice and limits on how, where, and when they can practice on mannequins or each other. The students have not been given all of the items promised in their contract that they are paying for. The makeup and nail product they have to work with is poor quality and better suited for a childs play kit. Grades and scores have been lost. The instructors do not have any interest in the success of the students, and the owner should not be running a business. Students money is withheld and made very difficult for students to access-this is their living disbursement in many cases! My daughter is wasting her time, her money, my money, and the governments money! This school should be expecting a flood of complaints and hopefully, investigations! I want my daughter out of this school and her loans forgiven because she is afraid she won't even have what she needs to graduate and get licensed.
