Burger King - Customer service at the drive up window in Keizer, Oregon - horrible

I am unable to do the online survey as I wasn’t able to order anything, hence, NO receipt.

I absolutely want to give “credit where credit is due”, however.

My work associate and I stopped at your Keizer Oregon location on 3615 River Road North on Thursday, June 29th. The time was Noon straight up.

The way your store is situated there, you are deep in line at the drive up by the time you reach the order station. My associate and I went there for two of your frozen cokes, we get them ALL the time at other locations but were working in the Keizer area near Salem Oregon that day. When I order two of the cokes, the girl said “ we don’t have any until Saturday”. So by then, there is a string of cars behind us waiting to place their order. We were forced to sit there and inch along up to the drive through window. When we got there, the girl said, that will be $7.00. I said for what? We tried to order the frozen cokes and you said you didn’t have any. She said, oh yeah, that’s right, we’ll have them Saturday (this is Thursday). I suggested that they put a sign out there prior to getting STUCK in the drive up line that says “OUT OF FROZEN DRINKS UNTIL SATURDAY”. She said, oh, we’re not allowed to do that. I said, well, that’s crappy as we just sat here 15 minutes for nothing and I bet we won’t be the only ones! She said curtly, “well, you should have ordered something else then”. We didn't WANT anything else, what a stupid thing to say!

I don’t need to tell you how pissed off I was, this girl was rude, condescending, never welcomed us to the restaurant, OR, never apologized for the inconvenience of us having to be stuck in line, NOTHING!

It gets better………. she then turned her back, slammed the drive up window closed on us.

I have been busy so have not had the time to tell you about this. She worked the drive up window at that location at NOON on Thursday June 29th, should be easy to tell who it was. I was half tempted to get out of the car and go inside I was so livid! She has NO customer service whatsoever and is extremely rude with a very BAD attitude. NOT good representation of your Brand whatsoever.

Just so you know, we drove on and went to the other Burger King restaurant in Keizer, near I5 freeway and guess what? The gal there welcomed us, had a huge smile, thanked us for ordering and was so pleasant! We got our frozen cokes there but it was like night and day.

You should fire that girl or insist she take some classes on courtesy and customer service if she wants to be in that business. So I just wanted to give credit where it’s due.

Desired outcome: Suggest your train your person-to-person employees on their customer service. Everyone has bad days but this young girl was the worst I've met in all my years.
