Sunoco

On 9/30/20 at approximately 12:41 pm, I purchased snacks and water using my card from the store location listed below that is outside of the county where I actually live. I live in Philadelphia, Pa which is 20 miles away from this location. The store clerk failed to put my water in the bag with the rest of my snacks purchased and I left my water. I called and spoke with one of the store clerks to request a refund of the product I was charged for back to my card. The store clerk explained that I would need to come back tot he store for a refund. After explaining to the store clerk that I live too far he stated it was my lost. This is my formal complaint per my request for a refund of the 1 Liter Essentia Water of 2.99, plus tax as I am unable to travel back to that local sunoco. My transaction #2883285, register #1.
