If your Sunoco experience involved a suspected switch of your Keno ticket, and you've already reached out to management with no resolution, further action may be necessary. You could consider contacting Sunoco's corporate customer service to file a formal complaint, detailing the incident and providing any specifics you have on the day in question. Additionally, reporting the incident to your state’s lottery commission might prompt an investigation into the alleged ticket switch. This could ensure accountability and possibly lead to a resolution or corrective action from Sunoco.
