Priority Tire - I would like a refund!!

On October 16, 2023 I purchased a set of four GT Maxtour Lx tires online from Priority Tire. The tires were set to the recommend pep boys installer in Reynham Ma after having the tire installed I noticed a vibration from the wheels between 45-80 mph I returned the vehicle to the installer the next day who said they balanced the tire again, unfortunately the vehicle still had the same problem. I returned a third time and requested to speak to the manager Tim Zawalski who was more than rude and stated he would only balance one tire, after finding that the tires was off balance he rebalanced the second front tire. The vibration still exists and I was told that he would not balance the rear tire because I would not feel the vibration in the rear tires. My question to him was so when I rotate the tires and if the rears are off balance would I feel it then? He refused. I called Priority Tire and stated that there was a problem with the tires and told them the issue. I was told it could be a defect in the tires and they emailed me a list of what I had to do in order for them to start a warranty complaint. I took the vehicle to a second tire shop spent over $180 and had the tires road forced balanced and documented witch I submitted to Priority tire at their request along with the other items that was on the list required, tire tread depth gauge on each tire in 32/second, pictures of all four tires on the vehicle, pictures of all the dot dates on each tire along with documents included about the tires being rebalanced. They even wanted the barcode inside of the tires but the tires were installed on the rims of the vehicle. After sending in all the requested documentation I was sent a email from Priority Tire stating to be patient and they would submitted the warranty complaint to GT tire. After a few weeks I received another email stating that the vendor they received the tire from have no warranty and they recommend I contact GT tire who makes the tire. Priority Tire was fully aware of GT warranty because that they don't warranty any tires bought on line, stated in a email they sent to me afterwards. I sent GT Tire a email telling them was mis led by Priority Tire requesting for all the documents and pictures and told that they were handling the warranty issue! I'm not looking for anything for free, I just wanted the problem resolved! The money that I spent on the tires along with the road force balancing a second time. I could have bought a new set of Michelin tires like I had on the vehicle the first time with no vibration at all. Now I have a 2014 Lexus with 59,000 miles and tires that vibrate. I apologize for the lengthy email, but I wanted you to know how unsatisfied I am with Priority Tire.

Claimed loss: $400 plus tax for the cost of the 4 tires plus $80 for the first balance at pep boys plus a second cost $150 plus tax to have them road forced balanced by a second time by request by priority tire to start the warranty process.
