My parents came in to newark airport on sunday the 16/dec they where escosted by handycap wheell chair service and ended up comming out about 2 hours after your flight landed at the newark airport
They had checked 3 bags total for their trip
Where the 2 of them where badly damaged by
Your handeling stuff Below i have provide pictures so you can see the extend of the damage the cost to replace the bags is around 450$ usd
