I tried paying my car note earlier this month and my payment was not set up correctly. It had a partial payment of $29 instead of the full payment of $584. I tried to delete and make a full payment but the system would not allow it. I called to get the issue fixed and it was not. I waited a few days to mane the payment and it had the same issue. Reluctantly I made the partial payment and had to go back to make the balance payment. I had late charges occur the month before and I paid the payment in full. For some reason when I went to make my payment that had it split causing a huge error and no one could explain to me the reason why. I talked to 2 representatives and got the same answer. Talked to a supervisor and got the same answer. This is absurd. I think the company should be closed and each person fired.
