I was given a Calvin Klein coat made of down feathers inside...I recently had to wash the coat. It was given to me for Christmas...I followed the directions in its entirely, and the coat is no longer the way it was when given to me, when you put it to the light you can see the feathers all balled up in different areas of the coat? The directions read: wash seperatlely on delicate cycle, in a large capacity washing machine, then tumble dry low with tennis balls...I did exactly what it said to do. Do you have any suggestions for me? I really love the coat and it was given to me from someone special.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
