I recently ordered and received an order from Blair...#[protected]. One item which was pants in indigo blue did not match the catalog color... was significantly different.in fact, I already had that color but didn't realized it was the same item. I called and spoke with a customer service agent at Blair, and she agreed with me. She told me to send the item along with the picture from the catalog and a letter explaining this to with my return and ask to have the return shipping waived which I did. However, I just learned that they didn't waive the shipping I called today again and spoke with Jacelyn, a customer service supervisor... employee 08-70886. She was no help at all and didn't seem interested at all in trying to resolved this issue. I would appreciate hearing from you My phone # is [protected]. Please contact me regarding this.
