Connie is the worst manager by far. Being a customer who needed help - she makes you wait in the lobby for 1/2 an hour before she asks someone else to take you while she sits at her desk writing things down and even saw her online shopping when I asked how long she would be. She doesn't call you back when you have a question about the fee on your account that shouldn't be there because she was supposed to take care of the service code on the account a month prior. She demeans and reprimands her employees in front of customers when she asks a non relevant question with a customer in front of them and they can't answer. Every time I come in now she's hiding in the glass window office with the lights off on her phone. I've even heard her reprimand an employee with me still in the branch because they couldn't sell me a credit card that I really did not want. When customers are on the phone she tells employees to take a message.. but she's not going to call them back. Based on the PNC core values listed on the website she should be fired because she has none of them. Any complaint I've put in gets closed immediately and nothing comes about from it. She is by far the worst manager I've ever come across and I will be leaving PNC and recommending all of my friends and family to do the same.
