Olive Garden

On 9/25 I came to eat with my two smaller children. We were completely in helped and Under service the entire dining time. Our server brought out 1 plate for the big bowls of salad. I asked her for 2 additional plates for the kids to get some. She did not come back until the food course were coming out with the plates. She then proceeded to inform me that I only got one plate because the salad is just for me and I’m not expected to share with my children. My kids are 10 and 5. Horrible. Next she never service our table after we needed drink replacements because the ice was not sweet she took 15 mins and then left the others ones. She never came back. She went to the 3 tables near us the duration of the time and asked if they was okay or needed any services. Then walked away we had to hunt her down just for napkins and a refill. That took 15 more mins all while she repeatedly came back to ask others if they needed anything and empty handed with out request. Another waiter ended up having ti bring the children napkins. She did not care about her behavior

Had the waitress from hell. Never smiled, acted like it was a pain to wait on us. Ordered unsweetened iced tea, I was served a flavored tea (I believe raspberry), asked for a replacement & she told me it was unsweetened. Grudgingly brought me a replacement that was not iced but hot tea. During the course of our meal she didn't bus our tables at all, got quite cluttered with 7 people, empty dishes, empty dishes & empty glasses. Manager walked by & told her to get the tables bussed. By the time our desserts were being served there were still dirty dishes cluttering the tables. When we first gave our orders my daughter ordered a fettuccini alfredo to go meal. By the time we were getting our coats on to leave we still did not get our meal to go. What the heck kind of training did she have, obviously not enough. Totally ridiculous & gross. Thx for nothing.
