i am enraged at how this company takes advantage of consumers. my dad is 77 years old. not only do they not give a verifiable breakdown of all the charges, but 6 cans cost 119.67! the so-called processing fee costs more than the product which i find absurd. and of course, when we didnt recieve a confirmation # nor told of the total amount charged, we waited, and it just makes me sick. refunds are for the prodiuct ONLY, not to include the theft of processing fee. yes, i feel like my dad is a victim of theft by deception; $80.00 more than was to be expected. what can be done to prevent these con, scam artists/ even on t.vMakes me not even want to use the crap! surely, i am not alone

Flex Seal - scam
Product ordered...2 cans for $19.95...bill on credit card $99.74, after the product was sent...also this product does not work any better than a can of black spray paint...it is advertised to seal cracks in cement etc. also, I received 3 calls from an unknown 800#...I do not answer unknown 800# calls but called back...it was someone from flexseal trying to...

This is a scam! I agree, the Attorney General should look into this criminal activity.
I ordered the 'buy one, get one free' plus shipping and handling. Should only have been under $40. When they confirmed the payment, they charged me $83 dollars. They increased my order to the large cans, even when I clicked 'no' I did not want them. I had to block my credit card. Don't let FlexSeal do the same to you!

Why not file a complaint to the better business bureau. They help. Believe me. I filed a complaint about another similar scam, and the matter was resolved within two weeks
And I got my money back. The good thing about filing a complaint to the BBB is that they will investigate a company when the complaints come pouring and are legitimate like yours. They will SHUT THEM DOWN. Whoop hoooo
